30-Day Return Policy You have the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
How to Start a Return
- To initiate a return, please contact us at info@framoura.com or call +31 6 22808102 with your order number and reason for return.
- If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Items sent back to us without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
Return Conditions
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Upon approval, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@framoura.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.
