Free Delivery We are pleased to offer Free Tracked Shipping on all UK orders. No minimum spend required.

Order Processing Time (Handling Time) All custom photo frames are printed, framed, and inspected after your order is placed.

• Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday).
• Order Cutoff Time: 17:00 (CET).

Transit Time & Delivery

• Shipping / Transit Time: 4–6 business days (Monday – Friday).
• Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5–9 business days.
• Shipping Cost: Free Tracked Shipping

Order Tracking Once your order has been crafted and shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will become active within 24 hours.

Damaged or Missing Packages If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and item, and contact us immediately at info@framoura.com with your order number so we can send a replacement free of charge.
